Can the whole wedding party ride?
Yes, provided you have ordered a large enough car to handle your group.
Can the driver become part of the wedding?
Yes, the driver can perform any services you ask of him/her (i.e. escorting someone). However, this is not a normal function, so an additional charge may apply.
Can we hang out the sunroof?
No, hanging out of the sunroof is dangerous and illegal. It is a $1500 fine to anyone caught hanging out of the sun or moonroof of a vehicle.
Who gets in first? Bride and Groom or wedding party?
This depends on the order of which you want to exit the limousine. If you want the Bride and Groom to be last, they would enter first.
What about drinks?
You can bring drinks with you. However, you may choose to stop at a bar or club sometime throughout your trip. Either of these is acceptable.
Can we smoke?
No, all limousines owned and operated by A Davis Limo Airport Express are NON-SMOKING limousines. A $250 fine and termination of services will be imposed if you smoke in the limousines. Please note: no smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, and/or drugs of any kind.
What is Red Carpet Service?
Red Carpet Service is a service we provide to all couples renting for their wedding. This service includes a luxurious limousine, red carpet, complimentary non-alcoholic champagne.
If your pickup or drop off time is between 9:30 PM and 5:30 AM a $10 fee may apply.
Will the driver help me carry my luggage?
Yes, definately… Any company that doesn’t help you with your luggage does not deserve your business.
Where should I meet my driver?
You should meet your driver at the buses, limos and shuttles area. Follow the signs leading down the escalator from the baggage claim area.
Can someone meet me at the gate?

Can I go Valet?
You most certainly can. For a $30 fee we would be glad to enter the valet parking areas and pick you up there.
I have a lot of luggage, is this a problem?
A lot of luggage is not a problem. However, a small fee may apply for extra luggage services. Excess baggage constitutes more than 2 bags per passenger.
What if I am not there right away?
Your driver will arrive approximately 25 minutes before your scheduled landing time if you have luggage, and 15 minutes before your scheduled landing time if you do not. Wait time begins to accrue 15 minutes after your driver arrives. Wait time fees are $1 per minute.
Can we leave our things in the limo?
Yes, the driver will not be using the vehicle for any other services while you have it rented.
Can we bring our friends?
Yes and no. Other prom goers are perfectly acceptable to offset the cost of the limousine. Although, passengers not attending the event with you should not ride along.
Can we change in the limo?
You should not. In a co-ed situation the driver will not raise the divider to provide privacy for such occurrences. It is extremely risky for your safety, as well as the safety of the other passengers and vehicle to change clothes in the car.
Can we bring alcohol?
No, it is illegal to consume or obtain alcohol if you are under 21 years of age. You may not bring it into the vehicle or have it in any bags, articles of clothing or other hiding places anywhere in the vehicle.
Can we leave early?
Yes, you may. However, the person renting the limousine must be present to authorize any additional stops or activities. If your parents are renting for you, they must per-authorize or phone authorize these activities.

Can we drink in the Limo?
You may drink in the limousine if you provide your own alcohol and you are over 21. The company cannot provide alcohol for you.
Can the driver buy us liquor?
No, your driver cannot provide any alcohol to you or your passengers. A liquor license is required to provide alcohol.

Is there a passenger limit?
Yes, if you have ordered an 8 passenger limousine, only 8 passengers are allowed.
Is there a time limit?
Yes, if you have the limousine rented for 4 hours, your time ends 4 hours after the time you entered the vehicle. Extra time may be purchased if needed.

- $1000 for external damage to the limo
- $500 for internal damage to the limo
- $250 for smoking or vomiting
When will my driver arrive?
Your driver will arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Will the driver help people out of the car?
Yes, definately. The driver will help anyone out of the car who might require assistance.
